By renting this vacation home, you are accepting complete adherence to the rules set forth in this document.

No other check-in is required once confirmation and payment are received.

Driving directions and key code are provided at time of payment in full.

PAYMENT POLICIES

The credit card you provide will be used unless other arrangements are made. A deposit of the first night’s rental will be due at booking. This deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel, this deposit IS NOT returned. There is a 2 night minimum stay, 3 nights during the holidays. This home has a cleaning fee of $75.00. You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent this property. Balance is due 7 days prior to reservation. Rates are subject to taxes and fees totaling 11.3%. All rates, fees and policies are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

First night’s deposit is non-refundable. No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or for leaving the home for mechanical failure of non-essential items. Management reserves the right to terminate your contract with no refund if any rules set forth have been ignored.

CLEANING FEE

The home will be stocked for your arrival with paper products including tissue, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, laundry, dish detergent, bar soap, shampoo, and lotion.

Please leave the home in the same general condition as it was when you arrived. Staff will arrive after your departure to thoroughly clean and inspect the home.

All food and drink spills should be cleaned up as they occur. Food and drink spills on carpet are considered to be damage, not normal wear and tear.

Refrigerator should be emptied of all food and free of spills. All used dishes should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher on the wash cycle.

Additional housekeeping charges may also be applied in the occurrence of exceeding the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

PET POLICY

Absolutely NO Pets are allowed.

SMOKING POLICY

Absolutely NO Smoking is allowed.

QUIET HOURS

12 AM -8 AM - Monitored and enforced. This home is loated in a private neighborhood. Please respect the desire of full time residents and other guests in honoring quiet time.

You'll want to bring the following items for your stay:
Food & Condiments, Baby equipment, Personal Toiletries, Beach Equipment, and Specialty Cooking Items.
For any item you do not see listed or are not sure about, please email or call and ask. If you are arriving after dark, we suggest you bring a flashlight.
